You will be responsible for:
- Management of the household paper product portfolio according to customer needs in the Baltics and Scandinavia;
- Implementation of product launch strategies and targeted positioning;
- Pricing and management based on cost structure and competitive environment;
- Planning and execution of brand strengthening campaigns;
- Active involvement in product development and maintenance processes;
- Brand development through analysis of financial results, market trends, category data, consumer research;
- Preparation and presentation of regular activity and performance reports;
- Close cooperation with sales, production and other departments of the company;
- Adoption of good practices and sharing with the team.
We hope that by joining us you will:
- Have an education in marketing, business administration or a related field;
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a similar position (experience in the FMCG sector/manufacturing company will be considered an advantage);
- Have significant experience in implementing brand development projects;
- Able to analyze data and draw conclusions;
- Have strong project management skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Able to plan work and time, have analytical thinking;
- Be proactive, independent and responsible;
- Able to work in a team, cooperate and take responsibility for the result;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English. (Knowledge of Polish would be an advantage)
