BRAND MANAGER

We are currently recruiting a Brand Manager to join our team.
In this position, you will plan and implement marketing projects for the brands represented in the Baltic States, taking care of their consistent image and growth in the market.

In this team, you will be responsible for:

• Brand management and development.
• Implementation and development of brand strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Ensuring optimal stock levels by constantly communicating with suppliers and monitoring product delivery processes.
• Planning and participating in the product purchasing process, taking into account market needs and trends.
• Analysis of market data and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve the product range.
• Taking care of brand management - coordinating activities with suppliers.
• Participation in purchasing, sales and marketing planning to achieve annual goals.
• Maintaining constant communication with suppliers and monitoring their activities, ensuring high quality of services and efficient supply of goods

● have experience working with product or category development;
● have a higher education in management, business or a similar field;
● are able to coordinate the processes of product supply, planning and inventory management;
● have strong analytical skills and a strategic approach;
● have good communication and negotiation skills, able to cooperate smoothly with partners and colleagues;
● are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
● are good at working with MS Office programs, especially Excel;
● are ready to periodically go on business trips or professional events abroad.

From 1800 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the candidate's work experience, existing competencies, and ability to independently achieve set goals, and is therefore agreed with the selected candidate individually.
