Nature of work
- You will create and administer product cards.
- You will prepare documents for incoming goods.
- You will assist purchasing managers in their daily activities.
- You will communicate and collaborate with suppliers.
- You will work together with logistics, customer service and accounting teams, ensuring smooth processes.
- You will organize transport orders and control the progress of incoming cargo.
We expect from you:
- You have basic computer skills and are able to quickly understand new programs and work processes.
- You communicate well in Lithuanian, and knowledge of English helps you communicate smoothly with partners or suppliers.
- You are responsible, meticulous, attentive to details and perform assigned tasks with enthusiasm.
- You are positive, helpful and like to help colleagues and contribute to the smooth work of the team.
- You are able to work in a team, value friendly communication and create a good atmosphere around you.
- You have a desire to learn, improve and actively acquire new knowledge.
