About the position:
In this position, you will be responsible for the development and commercial results of the product categories entrusted to you on a company-wide basis. You will form the assortment and pricing, cooperate with suppliers, analyze the market and initiate solutions that help grow sales, profitability and competitiveness of the categories.

Your responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the strategy of the entrusted product categories – from assortment and pricing to commercial results;
- Manage the category assortment, ensuring its relevance, competitiveness and compliance with customer needs;
- Aim for agreed sales, margin, inventory turnover and other performance indicators;
- Analyze category results, market trends and the competitive environment and initiate the necessary changes;
- Conduct negotiations with existing suppliers, search for new partners and ensure favorable cooperation conditions for the company;
- Formulate pricing, plan and initiate sales promotion and marketing actions;
- Cooperate with retail and wholesale, marketing and other departments of the company, ensuring smooth implementation of the category strategy;
- Lead the team – set goals, develop employees and ensure effective teamwork.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, category or assortment management;
- You have experience in leading a team;
- You are able to analyze performance results and make commercial decisions based on them;
- You have strong negotiating skills and experience working with suppliers;
- You are able to see not only an individual product, but also the potential of the entire category and its place in the business;
- You are result-oriented, able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them;
- You are able to effectively cooperate with different teams;
- You have good command of English;
- You have a higher education.
