Kesko Senukai – one of the largest DIY and home improvement market leaders in the Baltics – is expanding its team and inviting Category Managers who want to create business growth, form a strong assortment and have a real impact on sales results to join.
This is a position for people who enjoy analyzing the market, working with suppliers, developing category strategy and making business decisions that determine the success of categories.

Your responsibilities
- ensuring effective activities of the curated product category (analysis of purchase and sales indicators; monitoring and analysis of product prices, characteristics; management of assortment changes, etc.);
- developing a strategy for the curated product category (pricing formation; drawing up and evaluating marketing plans; management and analysis of sales promotion indicators);
- communication with existing and new suppliers, search for negotiations;
- conclusion of purchase contracts, control of the implementation of contractual obligations;
- participation in exhibitions, market analysis and decision-making related to it;
- providing proposals related to improving the efficiency of product group processes.
Hopefully
- You have experience in the field of procurement.
- In product category management (assortment formation, analysis, supplier management).
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- You are able to analyze data and work with large information flows.
- You have negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers.
- You are focused on efficiency, growth and innovation.
