Job description

A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for professional customer service, comprehensive assistance to customers who want to exchange or return goods, and creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Work 0.75 full-time, 30 hours/week, flexible work schedule.

What tasks await you?

• Professional, high-quality and pleasant customer service;
• Customer consultation and provision of necessary information;
• Solving customer problems and ensuring the best solution for the customer;
• Working with cash, bank cards;
• Working on a rolling schedule, 30 hours per week.

We expect from you:

• At least secondary education;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to perform several tasks at once;
• Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people;
• Experience working in retail;
• Knowledge of Lithuanian is required - fluent in writing and speaking (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage).
