Goods Order Control Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Product Order Control Specialist to join the Product Flow Management Department.

Job Description

• Place orders for fresh products
• Control product stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages in stores
• Analyze store order data and ensure optimal product quantities
• Collaborate with other departments and divisions on product ordering issues
• Communicate with suppliers
• Prepare reports and make suggestions for process optimization and performance improvement
• Ensure that data in systems is correct and constantly updated
• Ensure that internal quality standards are met

Candidate Requirements

• Higher or higher education
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data
• Very good computer skills (Google Sheets/ MS Excel)
• Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate
• Ability to quickly respond to changes and solve problems effectively
• Experience in supply chain management or orders is an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends (as needed)
