Nature of work
- Ensure adequate stock levels in stores to avoid both shortages and surpluses;
- Monitor sales data, seasonality, and stock plans and based on them, form order requirements;
- Work with automated ordering system: analyze its accuracy, identify errors or deficiencies, and make suggestions for improvement;
- Collaborate with supply and sales teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of ordering and supplying goods (retail is an advantage);
- Ability to analyze data (Excel, BI tools, etc.);
- Logical thinking, diligence and responsibility;
- Initiative in proposing process improvements;
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
