Goods/Order Picker (Jonava)

Picking: fast selection of required goods and preparation for transportation according to orders.

Quality and quantity control: inspection of incoming goods upon receipt in the warehouse.

Smart work: smooth process management using an RF terminal (scanner).

Have at least a high school education.

Know the basic principles of warehousing and goods movement.

Be meticulous, attentive to details, and quick to react.

Have similar work experience (working with an RF scanner is a big advantage!).

The duration of the training will depend on your ability to absorb information — the faster you understand the processes, the faster you will move to the full rate.

Payment system that depends on your pace: after the training is over — hourly rate + additional fees for operations with the RF terminal.

Generous bonuses: quarterly bonuses for productivity (up to 25% of the average salary)

During training: €1,153/month (gross, calculated based on actual hours worked).

After training: up to €1,700/month (gross), consisting of a basic hourly rate and bonuses for completed operations.

Important: The duration of the training is flexible! It depends on your motivation and ability to understand the processes, so you dictate the rate of salary growth yourself.
