Nature of work
- Preparation of documents required for trademark protection in Lithuania and abroad;
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign clients in writing and orally;
- Offering clients broader trademark protection options;
- Process administration, payment and deadline control;
- Filling and maintaining customer databases;
- Working with internal information systems (CRM) and artificial intelligence tools.
This job is perfect for diligent and receptive people. You will learn a lot about intellectual property, especially trademarks, and how artificial intelligence is used in real legal work.
Don't be afraid if the terms are new - we will teach you everything!
Employee requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in writing - most of the work is done via email;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness: the scope of client protection depends on one word on the list;
- Independence, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy, willingness to learn to work with a CRM system (Salesforce would be an advantage) and artificial intelligence tools;
- Experience in the field of intellectual property is not necessary.
