UAB Hedonista is a growing wine import and distribution company, representing exclusive wine producers from various countries of the world. We supply high-quality wines to Lithuanian restaurants and hotels. We have a specialized wine shop “The Hedonist” in Vilnius and an online store www.hedonist.lt.
We are looking for an independent, proactive and commercially minded person who would take care of the development of our brands and the marketing activities of the entire company.

Your responsibilities
- Development of the brands we represent, analysis of their sales results and search for growth opportunities.
- Initiation, implementation of marketing partnership and sales promotion projects and evaluation of their commercial results.
- Development and implementation of joint commercial initiatives with HoReCa and retail teams.
- Planning and practical implementation of the company's marketing activities: preparation of newsletters, creation of communication content and other tools.
- Organization of tastings, events, manufacturer visits and other marketing projects.
- Administration of manufacturers' marketing budgets, financing and agreed activities.
- Planning and implementation of the introduction of new products and brands to the Lithuanian market.
- Development and implementation of annual marketing plans in cooperation with foreign manufacturers.

Salary: €2,600 - €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies, plus an additional quarterly bonus.
What do we expect?
- Experience in the development of brands, products, categories. Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage.
- Commercial thinking, ability to analyze sales and see opportunities.
- Independence, initiative and ability to implement projects from idea to result.
- Good project management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently prepare marketing content and work with common marketing tools.
- Very good Lithuanian and English language skills and good knowledge of Excel.
- Wine knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
