Retail Network Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager for the retail network to help ensure the smooth operation of Tele2 retail outlets throughout Lithuania: from the implementation of daily processes and standards to sales promotion and problem solving on the spot. We hope that you will be interested in:

• ensure the smooth and timely implementation of new and existing Tele2 retail outlet installation and renovation projects - from planning to opening;
• initiate and implement sales (trade) marketing solutions in Tele2 showrooms, ensuring a clear presentation of offers, equipment and services and growth in sales results;
• develop, test and implement new sales and communication solutions in Tele2 showrooms throughout the retail network;
• develop, update and maintain retail outlet standards, ensuring their implementation in cooperation with internal and external teams;
• regularly visit Tele2 and partner stores throughout Lithuania to ensure solution implementation, sales growth and good customer experience.

We expect that you:

• have 3 years of experience working with store development, are familiar with the commercial side of retail chain processes;
• are able to initiate solutions while working with different teams for their implementation;
• have examples that prove that you are an excellent project manager and negotiator;
• speak and write Lithuanian fluently, and English well;
• have a driver's license.

Salary

Base salary 3600 - 4200 Eur excluding taxes (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills), plus bonuses for the results achieved. We have also prepared a basket of additional benefits for each employee, which includes:
