AKROPOLIS GROUP is looking for a Shopping Center Management Energy Manager to join the team. He/She will be responsible for the reliable operation of the shopping center engineering systems and efficient energy consumption. In this position, you will have the opportunity to independently propose solutions, initiate modernization projects, and contribute to more sustainable shopping center management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective management and supervision of the activities of engineering systems (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sewage, automation and energy) of shopping centers.
- Analyze and optimize energy consumption, prepare energy efficiency improvement plans and initiate their implementation.
- Prepare and control the operation, repair and energy budgets of engineering systems.
- Organize and coordinate technical maintenance, repair and modernization projects in shopping centers.
- Manage external service providers, contractors and technical maintenance partners, ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Control compliance of shopping centers with legal acts, energy, fire safety and other technical requirements.
- Analyze performance indicators of engineering systems, prepare reports and submit proposals to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in projects for the development, reconstruction and development of technical infrastructure of new facilities.
- Cooperate with tenants, advising on technical and energy issues.
Expectations for the candidate
- Higher technical education in energy, electrical engineering, mechanics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing building engineering systems, energy or maintenance processes.
- Good knowledge of the principles of operation of engineering systems in retail, commercial or other large-scale facilities.
- Experience in preparing budgets, managing costs and analyzing energy consumption data.
- Ability to read technical documentation, projects and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, result orientation and ability to make independent decisions.
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of the English language, allowing you to work with technical documentation and contractors.

Salary
3,000 - 3,500 Eur/month. in hand, depending on the candidate's competence, experience and qualifications. The final remuneration package will be discussed with the selected candidate during the selection process.
