In this job you:
- You will analyze, document and improve store operations processes, aiming for their efficiency and consistent application throughout the network.
- You will initiate and implement process optimization, standardization and automation solutions.
- You will ensure high-quality planning of store activities, monitoring of their implementation and effective management of deviations.
- You will prepare reports, analyses and insights that help improve performance.
- You will cooperate with stores and other departments and actively contribute to performance improvement projects.
We hope that You:
- You have a higher education in management, economics, business processes or a similar field.
- You have a driver's license.
- You work well with MS Office programs and other everyday digital tools.
- You have good command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking, are able to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience working with process management, automation or data analysis tools (e.g. Miro, Visio, Power Automate, Power BI or similar tools).
- Experience in retail, especially in the FMCG sector.
