You will be responsible for:
- designing existing and new sales processes in stores from idea to implementation in the store;
- reviewing process documents and initiating corrections in them, ensuring that the descriptions correspond to the actually implemented store processes;
- monitoring the agreed processes in stores, ensuring their compliance and developing tools to support them;
- leading the project team and timely communication;
- visiting stores and consulting on store processes.
We appreciate your:
- experience with project management in retail;
- interest in retail and its trends;
- ability to react quickly and operate in a dynamic environment;
- result-oriented;
- higher university/non-university education;
- very good skills in working with MS Office programs (experience in working with SAP would be an advantage);
- good English language skills.
