Nature of work:
We are looking for an organized, commercially minded and proactive colleague to implement trade marketing activities at the mini Market. You will be responsible for coordinating promotions and projects, working with suppliers, administering displays, and smooth cooperation with stores and internal teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of promotional publications and ensure smooth collection of offers from suppliers.
- Administer promotional plans, deadlines and related information.
- Organize the sale of additional exhibition spaces to suppliers (stands, displays, places at the checkouts, etc.).
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed advertising and sales campaigns in stores.
- Participate in sales area management and store segmentation projects.
- Administer the company's Facebook account, plan and publish relevant content.
- Organize competitions, games and communication initiatives on social networks.
- Prepare reports, analyze results and provide suggestions for improving operations.
- Coordinate the implementation of new sales processes and systems in stores.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, sales, purchasing or trade marketing.
- Good skills in working with Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
- Experience in social media administration would be an advantage.
