Nature of work:
We are looking for a commercially strong manager who will shape and implement the "mini Market" trade marketing directions, increase additional income from suppliers, manage promotions and exposition solutions, initiate trade efficiency projects and ensure their measurable results.
Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement trade marketing directions and an annual activity plan aligned with the goals of the retail network.
- Manage the promotion calendar, set priorities and evaluate the results of promotions.
- Set additional revenue targets from suppliers and ensure their achievement.
- Manage the supply, pricing, sales principles and filling of additional displays.
- Make decisions on store segmentation, formats and use of retail space.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, displays and projects, initiate corrective actions.
- Initiate and manage trade process and efficiency projects from need identification to result.
- Ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers, trade, procurement, IT and other internal teams.
- Organize the work of the trade marketing project manager, set priorities and control the result.
- Prepare activity reports and provide data-based proposals to management.
What do we expect from you:
- University degree in marketing, management or business.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, FMCG or retail.
- Experience in managing projects and commercial initiatives.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent data and Excel skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership and team management competencies.
- Fluent in English.
