Our client, a modern and rapidly growing company producing a premium product, is looking for a motivated and proactive STORE SALES MANAGER in Vilnius.
Nature of work
- Formation of sales strategy for retail stores and ensuring its implementation;
- Analysis of sales indicators and data-based decision-making;
- Training of retail store managers;
- Visiting retail locations in Lithuania;
- Active B2C sales (to existing customers and searching for new customers);
- Participation in negotiations and concluding important deals;
- Improvement of sales processes;
- Cooperation with marketing and other departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in the fields of business management, sales management - an advantage);
- Successful work experience in active sales (team management experience would be an advantage);
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Lithuanian, knowledge of other languages - an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, organization, result orientation, quick decision-making;
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get involved in closing important deals;
- Category B driver's license.
