• You will travel to sales points in Kaunas and the surrounding area - you will take care of the smoothness, quality and sales results of the salons;
• You will be the engine of the team: you will train, motivate, conduct individual interviews, help the team grow and achieve goals;
• You will analyze results, draw up an action plan and ensure that goals turn into achievements;
• You will form a strong team - from selections and planning to creating a positive atmosphere;
• You will maintain constant contact with the heads of other departments.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• You have led a team and know how to bring people together for a common goal;
• Sales or customer service are familiar to you;
• You know how to inspire, develop and motivate a team;
• Responsibility and initiative are your daily companions;
• Time management is your strength;
• You have your own car and are ready to use it for work.
