Here you will coordinate the activities of several points of sale, develop teams and achieve ambitious goals together. Your responsibility:
Visit teams at points of sale – you will take care of the smoothness, quality and sales results of the salons;
Work closely with the team: you will train, conduct individual interviews, help them grow and achieve goals;
Analysis of performance results, planning – draw up an action plan to turn goals into achievements;
Building a strong team – from planning and conducting selections to creating a positive and motivating atmosphere;
Maintain constant contact with managers from other regions – manager fellowship, training, sharing practices.

Basic salary depending on competencies (2,400 - 2,800 Eur gross);
A motivating bonus part, which will directly depend on results (monthly salary can reach up to 4,000 Eur gross);
