Nature of work
The main goal of the position is to ensure the results of the Klaipėda region together with colleagues.
- Formation, management, motivation of the management team in the field of merchandising;
- Responsibility for the quality of the work performed by your team;
- Working with managers in the market, on managers' routes - providing feedback, controlling, developing (this should take up 70% of the total working time);
- Timely communication on work issues with the necessary persons (customers, shopping center employees, colleagues, managers);
- Management, distribution of large information flows, prioritization of your own and team tasks;
- Work in Excel, reviewing emails (~50 emails/day) and responding to tasks received in them;
- Visiting the market together with customer representatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the trade sector;
- At least 2 years of team management, work organization experience;
- Strategic, analytical thinking, strong result orientation;
- Be an proactive and positive personality, motivate work by example;
- Category B driver's license;
- Good Excel skills.
