- Planning, supervision, analytics of the sales network;
- Leading 3-4 department managers;
- Providing sales promotions;
- Organizing teamwork; and setting goals;
- Analysis and control of reports and indicators in your area;
- Ensuring customer service standards
Employee requirements:
- Successful work experience in the retail sector would be an advantage;
- Good time management, leadership skills and analytical thinking;
- Ability to work with Excel, basic knowledge of the Rivilė program;
- Higher or higher education in the field of management;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Positivity and ability to set goals and achieve them;
- Responsibility and feedback management.
