At Coca Cola HBC, we bring more than beverages to our customers - we create premium experiences. As a Prestige Account Developer, you will drive the growth of our premium spirits portfolio, with a strong focus on Finlandia Vodka, across the most exclusive HoReCa venues.
From upscale hotels to trend setting bars and clubs, you’ll build strong partnerships, elevate brand presence, and create memorable consumer experiences.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships with premium HoReCa customers and key outlets
- Drive sales, distribution, and visibility of premium spirits portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and grow your customer base
- Lead commercial discussions and execute tailored customer plans
- Ensure outstanding in outlet brand presence and activations
- Deliver trainings, events, and brand experiences
- Monitor performance and market trends to stay ahead
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management (HoReCa or FMCG preferred)
- Strong understanding or passion for premium spirits and hospitality
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and execution focused
- Strong relationship builder with customer first mindset
- Comfortable working flexible hours (including evenings)
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent Lithuanian + English (B1/B2)
- Valid driver’s license.
