We are looking for a responsible, communicative and solution-oriented person to join our team and help ensure the highest standard of customer service and product quality.
Working in our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Receiving, registering and administering customer complaints regarding wooden windows and doors;
- Reviewing customer inquiries and complaints;
- Communicating with customers to clarify the situation and find the most appropriate solution;
- Close cooperation with colleagues from production, quality, sales and other departments in resolving customer complaints;
- Analysis of information about products, their quality and possible discrepancies;
- Promptly transferring information to responsible colleagues and informing customers about the progress of the solution;
- Administration of complaint data and preparation of reports;
- Continuous improvement of the customer service and complaints administration process.
Employee requirements
We believe that you would be best suited for this position if:
- Experience in claims administration or similar work is required;
- You are communicative, empathetic and able to communicate professionally even in complex situations;
- You are meticulous, organized and attentive to details;
- You have good problem-solving and analytical skills;
- You are able to collaborate smoothly with colleagues from different departments;
- Knowledge of wooden windows and doors, wood production or a similar field is a great advantage;
- You communicate fluently in English.
