Your role in the DPD team:
- You will register and process claims, analyze their circumstances;
- You will provide customers with information on claims processing issues;
- You will make decisions and provide them to customers and business partners;
- You will administer the claims database and prepare reports;
- You will cooperate with Lithuanian and foreign partners;
- You will constantly deepen your knowledge of claims processing.
We hope you:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Able to present information clearly, fluently and with arguments;
- Able to analyze situations, quickly orientate and make decisions;
- Excellent command of Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Have good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
- You are curious, willing to learn and improve.
