We are looking for a persistent, courageous and result-oriented RMA specialist to join our team and be responsible for the administration of claims, discrepancies and damages throughout the entire process of goods movement.

Your responsibilities
- Review and administer claims related to the supply of goods.
- Investigate discrepancies in incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Promptly resolve problems with customers, suppliers and carriers.
- Administer information and documentation related to claims in systems.
- Negotiate compensation for losses and represent the interests of the company.
- Ensure timely responses to customers and partners.
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to resolve issues related to the movement, return and repair of goods.

- You have good command of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
- You are courageous, persistent and result-oriented.
- You are able to make decisions, act in a high-volume environment and take responsibility.
- You are resistant to stress and able to remain professional in complex situations.
- You have good negotiation and communication skills.
- You know how to analyze information and look for the causes of problems, not just their consequences.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel) and are able to effectively use artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- Experience in logistics, customer service, claims administration or a similar field would be an advantage.
- Interest in IT or electronic devices is an advantage

Salary
From 1500
