Tasks we will entrust:
Manage the project and its participants, smoothly coordinate the progress;
Plan and effectively control project budgets, construction deadlines;
Maintain and develop relations with Customers (estimates, proposals, contracts, documents);
Cooperate with the project team during the process and during the delivery of objects (coordination of design solutions, consultations).
Participate from the initial idea to the actually implemented object.

Technical / higher engineering education;
Experience in project development for at least 2 years - general construction work. Additional knowledge of electrical engineering, automation, low currents, HVAC - would be an advantage;
Knowledge of technical drawings, construction and technological processes;
Excellent subject-specific communication and negotiation skills;
Responsiveness to innovations, ability to effectively plan your time;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexibility and openness to change.
