🚛 Your main responsibilities:
- Receiving customers in the service, consulting, registering for repairs;
- Tracking the processes of trucks being repaired and informing customers about the progress of the process;
- Selecting parts using a computerized parts recognition system.
- Replacing service technicians;
- Registering warranty and other work, ordering parts;
- Issuing invoices.
💪 We believe that you:
⦁ Work experience as a service receptionist in car or truck service;
⦁ Presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
⦁ Working with a computer and e-mail catalogs of skills;
⦁ Ability to simultaneously manage and distribute a large amount of information;
⦁ Activity, initiative;
⦁ Interest in technical innovations.
