- UAB „Caverion Lietuva“
The Vilnius branch of the Caverion Lietuva Building Management Services business is responsible for coordinating building management and administration, technical maintenance of engineering systems (heating, plumbing, sewage, electricity, low-voltage, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
- planned and ongoing maintenance of engineering systems, organization/supervision of repair/reconstruction/modernization works
- filling in operational documentation, elimination of failures and accidents
- direct communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors
- organization, delegation and supervision of works
Requirements:
- engineering education
- experience in a similar position
- knowledge of engineering systems (ventilation, air conditioning and/or heating, plumbing-wastewater and/or electrical systems)
- ability to effectively organize team work
- category B driver's license
