We are looking for a Works Manager to join our experienced international team and help ensure the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators.

Your main task is to manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators, ensuring their timely execution, high technical quality and full compliance with safety requirements. Also, to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with Schindler methodologies and standards, monitor the progress of work, resolve operational issues and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, while contributing to the implementation of the company's financial and growth goals. In addition, to contribute to the implementation of resource planning, employee training and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Higher education in engineering.
Very good organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good English language skills.
Good Microsoft Office software skills.
High personal ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
Driver's license.

Experience in the field of elevators and escalators.
Experience in sales or customer service.
Energy worker certificate in the electrical field.
