Maintenance engineer - technician

Purpose of the position:

Ensure the proper technical condition of the company's building, engineering systems, production equipment and environment, carry out housekeeping, organize minor repairs and take care of the company's material economy.

Main functions:

1. Maintain the company's premises, engineering systems and territory.
2. Cooperate with external service providers, contractors and maintenance companies.
3. Organize and control the maintenance and repair of the building: lighting, electricity, plumbing, sewage, heating, ventilation, security, fire and other systems.
4. Manage the building's engineering systems using the BMS system.
5. Maintenance of measuring tools and equipment (calibration, metrological checks).
6. Perform minor repair, installation and maintenance work.
7. Organization of pest control and territory maintenance.
8. Organization of company transport maintenance.
9.Organization of repair and supply of consumables.
10.Participate in the implementation of occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
11.Participate in the maintenance process of production equipment and tools together with the production team.
12.Organize the elimination of consequences in the event of accidents or other unforeseen events.

Responsibility:

• For proper maintenance of the company's property, equipment and premises.
• Inspection, calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• For compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and internal order requirements.
• For the rational use of entrusted property and materials.
