You will take care of:
- Maintenance of engineering systems of a commercial facility;
- Minor plumbing, electrical and utility repairs;
- Determination and elimination of faults;
- Transfer of defects to responsible persons;
- Filling out technical and accounting documentation;
- Ensuring the operation of engineering equipment;
- Recording of accounting device data.
We hope that:
- You have a category B driver's license and a car;
- You are responsible, communicative and proactive;
- You have experience with electrical, heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems (an advantage);
- You know how to use a building management system (BMS) (an advantage);
- You have a certificate of responsibility for the heating industry or an electrician's certificate PK/VK/AK (may also be invalid, it would be considered an advantage).
