Maintenance technician

Ensure the proper technical condition of the company's buildings, engineering systems, production equipment and environment, carry out economic work, organize minor repair work and take care of the company's material economy.

Main functions
1. Maintain the company's premises, engineering systems and territory.
2. Perform minor repair, installation and maintenance work.
3. Organize and control the maintenance of buildings, electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation and other systems.
4. Ensure the technical orderliness of the production and laboratory environment in accordance with the established requirements.
5. Maintain and operate tools, technical equipment and other company property.
6. Organize and carry out the ordering and accounting of household, cleaning, repair and consumables.
7. Cooperate with external service providers, contractors and maintenance companies.
8. Participate in the implementation of occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements.
9. Report to management about identified failures, emergencies or other operational disruptions.
10. Carry out other orders of the immediate supervisor related to the functions of the position.
11. Ensure compliance with the requirements for cleanliness, environmental control and maintenance of production facilities.
12. Participate in the management of equipment maintenance and calibration documentation in accordance with established procedures.
