The TEGAS office is a space where clients, teams, and ideas come together. We are looking for someone who can make that space functional and lively.
ONCE YOU JOIN THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- creating a first impression – welcoming guests and clients;
- organizing meetings and coordinating calendars;
- administering the CRM system and ensuring data quality;
- coordinating the company's internal and external events;
- ensuring smooth office operations;
- assist managers and the team with organizational issues.
WE BELIEVE YOU WOULD ACHIEVE BEST RESULTS IF:
- have similar work experience (an advantage – in the areas of administration/office maintenance);
- you know the culture of etiquette and communication – and you consider this to be quality, not formality;
- you express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken;
- you like to communicate, but you are not limited to that: you offer ideas, take initiative and contribute to the team moving forward.
