Nature of work
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, aligning their needs with the company's goals and interests.
- Dig deeper into customer needs and expectations, and together with customers and internal teams, search for the best solutions.
- Coordinate the connection of large projects developed by customers to the transmission network, ensuring smooth cooperation and implementation of solutions.
- Represent customer interests within the company, pooling the necessary competencies and coordinating decision-making.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by coordinating processes, communication and information flows.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, identify development opportunities and initiate service and process improvements.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in management, engineering, energy or related field.
- Experience in project management or working with large customers (B2B).
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate teams from different areas.
- Ability to analyze data, manage information and make data-based decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 application package (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral English (at least C1 level).
Advantages
