About the position:
We are looking for a versatile truck logistics specialist with experience in transport sales or forwarding and ready to learn or further develop competence in working with customers (both dealers and car manufacturers).

- Developing relationships with new customers and maintaining existing ones in order to ensure long-term cooperation;
- Realizing customer needs (with the help of the team), providing the most appropriate solutions;
- Administrating and coordinating the company's customer orders, solving related problems and ensuring smooth execution;
- Informing and consulting customers about the progress of the order;
- Also selling cargo and forwarding transport (as far as possible).
We appreciate it if you
- Have successful work experience in the field of transport logistics customer service, sales or forwarding;
- You are well acquainted with the road transport markets;
- You speak English fluently and are able to communicate fluently with foreign clients in writing and orally (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
- You are able and enjoy communicating with clients, have excellent problem-solving skills;
- You are attentive and can make decisions in a dynamic environment;
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and feel great working in a team.
