Your responsibilities:
You will ensure uninterrupted bakery production activities.
You will monitor the quality of products, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
You will plan the need for raw materials, ensure their availability and efficient use.
You will form a team: introduce new employees, strengthen existing employees and maintain discipline.
You will ensure proper recording of production processes and compliance with requirements.
