Your responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution of food production processes.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Plan raw material needs, control their use and ensure effective resource management.
- Participate in the onboarding process of new employees and take care of team development.
- Monitor production indicators, analyze results and initiate process improvement solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation completion and compliance with established requirements.
