Your responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution of food production processes.
  • Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Plan raw material needs, control their use and ensure effective resource management.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new employees and take care of team development.
  • Monitor production indicators, analyze results and initiate process improvement solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation completion and compliance with established requirements.
