  • The amount of the specified one-time bonus, paid after successfully completing 6 months of work, is before tax. The bonus is paid if the employment relationship continues and there is no intention to terminate it, for example, no application for dismissal or notice of dismissal has been submitted before the bonus payment date or on the day of its payment.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for direct and telephone sales of services and products, provide professional service and information to customers, and work in the BITĖ salon
  • Aim for personal and group sales goals
  • Look for various solutions and methods to retain customers and increase loyalty
  • Consult customers about the latest technological innovations and provide detailed knowledge about the services provided by our company
  • Provide high-quality service and consult customers according to the highest BITĖ standards

What do we expect?

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various customers
  • High orientation towards results and customer needs
  • Good computer skills, ability to use various business programs and information systems
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various situations and constant learning
  • Interest in technologies and innovations in the telecommunications market, updating knowledge and following market trends
  • Work experience in sales or customer service (advantage), but the main focus is on the ability to quickly master new knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian (advantage), in order to communicate with the widest range of customers
