Required:

• Ensure and consistently raise the quality level of food, service and hospitality;
• Form, develop and motivate the team, fostering a culture of hospitality;
• If necessary, search for and select new team members;
• Plan and monitor performance indicators, achieve set results together with the team;
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations;
• Submit reports and other documents necessary for the continuity of operations on time.
