Molėtai Post Office is inviting applications for: Mobile Postman, Senior Postman, and Deputy Postman.
More information about the responsibilities of these positions:
Mobile mail carrier
- Deliver postal items, periodicals and other correspondence to customers in accordance with established requirements;
- Provide financial and other services to customers in the serviced area (rural, remote areas), and ensure high quality customer service;
- Sell goods and achieve personal sales goals;
- Manage subscriptions and administer information related to postal items;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Senior Correspondent
- Deliver mail, periodicals and other correspondence to customers in accordance with established requirements;
- Provide financial and other services to customers in the serviced area, and ensure high quality customer service;
- Deputize for other mail carriers during vacations, illnesses or other absences;
- Introduce and train newly hired mail carriers to the serviced area and consult on issues related to the provision of services;
- Sell goods and achieve personal sales goals;
- Manage subscriptions and administer information related to mail;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Substitute postman
- You will replace other mail carriers during vacations, illnesses or other absences and train newly hired mail carriers;
- You will deliver mail, periodicals and other correspondence to customers in accordance with established requirements;
- You will provide financial and other services to customers in the serviced area, and ensure high quality customer service;
- You will sell goods and achieve personal sales goals;
- You will manage subscriptions and administer information related to mail shipments;
- You will perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Working conditions:
- Workload – 1 full-time position;
- Work schedule – I-V or II-VI, 6:30–15:30;
- Employment contract – permanent (Mobile courier and Senior courier) or fixed-term (Substitute courier);
- Place of work – Vilniaus g. 43-1, Molėtai.
We hope that:
- Able to work independently and have experience in customer service and sales;
- Have at least secondary education;
- Good command of Lithuanian in writing and speaking;
- Have a driver's license (category B);
- Able to work independently, and experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage;
- Have good communication, information transfer and conflict resolution skills;
- Be responsible, open to innovation, and able to cooperate.
