We are looking for a person to listen to the client, understand their needs and help them choose the right products and services for the "Florinus" showroom in Vilnius.
This is a position for someone who enjoys communicating, achieving sales results and deepening their knowledge of exclusive products. When working with high-value goods, customer trust and accuracy at every step are especially important to us.

What will we trust you?
Your responsibilities will focus on professional customer service in the salon and a smooth sales process - from the first question to long-term cooperation.
Your main responsibilities:
We will measure your success not only by the quality of customer service, the achievement of sales goals and the accuracy of operations performed, but also by whether customers receive professional advice, trust Florinus and want to return.
Your main responsibilities:
- Customer consulting - you will professionally and friendly consult customers in the salon and over the phone, clearly present goods and services and help them find a choice that meets their needs;
- Sales - you will actively sell, achieve individual goals and build long-term relationships with customers;
- Order administration - you will administer online orders and ensure their smooth fulfillment;
- Product maintenance - you will accept goods, take care of their arrangement, accounting and order in the salon;
- Precious metals purchasing - you will purchase precious metals in accordance with established procedures;
- Settlements and documents - you will carry out monetary transactions, issue invoices and accurately register transaction data;
- Initiatives and projects – you will implement sales and customer service projects entrusted to you and take responsibility for their results.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone who:
Sales experience in the field of precious metals, financial services, luxury goods or another premium segment would be an advantage, but the most important thing is the motivation to learn and the ability to earn the trust of customers.
- has direct customer service experience and understands how to build long-term trust;
- communicates clearly, is able to understand customer needs and professionally resolve various situations;
- strives for sales results and cares about customer satisfaction;
- is attentive, responsible and precise when working with goods, money and documents;
- is able to plan their time, independently organize work and cooperate with a team;
- is interested in the world of precious metals, gemstones or numismatics or has motivation to learn;
- works smoothly on a computer and is willing to learn how to use the systems used in the company's activities.
