Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Proactive Sales Department Manager to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will form and implement a proactive sales strategy that includes sales not only to private clients, but also through business clients (B2B2C channel).
- You will ensure a strong sales organization – from lead management to sales cycle control.
- You will organize and manage the outbound sales model and test various methods of attracting customers.
- You will develop, coordinate and manage an external network of representatives working with pension and life insurance products.
- You will develop the development of third-tier pension accumulation solutions in the employer segment, combining sales growth with sustainable management and servicing of legal customer relationships.
- You will develop work with a business customer base, identifying potential individual customers and creating their value propositions.
- You will create, test and constantly improve sales scripts, arguments, proposal structures focused on delivering value to customers and fast conversion.
- You will create a KPI system in sales channels, focused on multi-channel customer experience
To be #closer, you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in leading a sales organization, managing multi-channel (physical, remote, partner) sales activities and ensuring their synergy and growth of results.
- Experience in the field of insurance, pension funds or investment products, including working with partner or representative (agent) networks, would be an advantage.
- Ability to create and implement complex sales strategies in all channels - from value proposition formation to campaign management, sales processes and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills based on the use of data in decision-making - in the areas of CRM, customer segmentation, sales efficiency and KPI management.
- Developed leadership, influencing and organizational empowerment skills, ability to mobilize different teams for a common goal.
- Highly result-oriented and able to operate in a dynamic environment;
- Responsibility for strengthening the risk and compliance culture – ability to integrate risk management into decisions, be an example for the team and promote conscious behavior in the organization.
