We are currently recruiting an experienced and ambitious Process Engineer to join our growing team in Vilnius.
Our electronics assembly plants in Vilnius and Molėtai not only assemble devices developed by Teltonika, but also provide other businesses with product design and contract manufacturing services - from prototype development to mass production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a finished product.

Assessing the candidate’s efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches their skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 16 Eur/h to 24 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 4032 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

In this position, you will:
- Analyze the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of processes and ensure that it meets the set goals.
- Introduce and validate new product manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Strive to continuously improve process performance while maintaining repeatability and high quality standards.
- You will collect and analyze process data to propose informed solutions and initiate effective process improvements.
- You will lead the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives: shorten cycle times and optimize production processes.
- You will analyze the causes of defects and provide suggestions for the implementation of preventive measures.
- You will actively cooperate with product engineers, maintenance engineers, quality assurance engineers and production personnel in order to improve operational efficiency.
- You will provide technical support in production, help ensure smooth process flow and quick problem resolution.
- You will create and update work instructions, share knowledge with the production team and promote the application of good practices in daily activities.
What we expect from you:
- Higher engineering/technical education.
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company.
- You are familiar with SPC tools, MSA and the ability to calculate process capacity.
- You are able to read technical drawings, schematics and bills of materials (BOM).
- You have knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you are able to identify the causes of problems and apply data-driven solutions.
- You are communicative and able to collaborate smoothly in an interdisciplinary team (engineering, production, quality department).
- You are flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic production environment.
- You have initiative - you yourself notice improvement opportunities and strive for continuous progress.

Salary:
Assessing the candidate’s efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches their skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 16 Eur/h to 24 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 4032 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage before taxes.
