What responsibilities will we entrust to:

  • Ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with occupational safety requirements;
  • Initiate actions to improve the production process;
  • Promptly resolve problems arising during the production process;
  • Provide reports to management on important process changes or disruptions;
  • Monitor production quality indicators, identify deviations and propose process improvement solutions;
  • Analyze downtime, defect, and working time usage data.

We believe that you:

  • you have a university or higher education in the field of engineering / technology (would be an advantage);
  • you have similar work experience in a manufacturing / industrial company;
  • you have excellent planning, organizational and communication skills, which is necessary when communicating with employees of production and other departments;
  • you are interested in new technologies;
  • you are well versed in working with a computer (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.);
  • you are diligent, attentive, want to achieve results, learn and improve.
