We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h to 22 Eur/h (~2688 Eur -3696 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

In this position you will:
- Analyze PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing technology;
- Evaluate the technical capabilities of production equipment;
- Create and improve production processes, prepare their descriptions and cooperate with other departments;
- Introduce processes into production;
- Analyze production process non-conformities, develop and coordinate preventive plans and problem-solving plans;
- Control process indicators;
- Test new materials and improve production methods;
- Cooperate with equipment and material suppliers;
- Contribute to quality improvement, production capacity increase, cost reduction and product improvement initiatives.
What we expect from you:
- You have a higher education in physics, technology, chemistry or engineering – if you have experience with laser technologies, this will be a great advantage;
- You have accumulated experience in a similar position;
- You are excellent at using a computer – MS Office is not just a program for you, but a tool for optimizing processes;
- You are able to read technical documentation and create clear, easy-to-understand instructions;
- Your knowledge of English allows you to communicate smoothly with suppliers and an international team (at least B2 level);
- You are a team player, but not afraid to make decisions independently;
- Initiative, organized, responsible and always ready to find the best solution.

Salary:
