We are rapidly growing and expanding our Manufacturing Innovation team. We are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER who would ensure the successful introduction of new products into our production!

We are rapidly growing and expanding our Manufacturing Innovation team. We are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER who would ensure the successful introduction of new products into our production!
In this position you:
- You will be responsible for the implementation of new plastic products, technologies and methods in production,
- You will analyze customer requests (RFQ) and assess the technical possibilities of their implementation,
- You will improve, optimize and automate production processes,
- You will solve technical problems and ensure their prevention,
- You will prepare and update technical documentation,
- You will cooperate with production and other departments in developing new and improving existing products.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in implementing new product manufacturing processes (preferably in the field of plastic injection molding),
- Higher education in chemistry, engineering or a similar field,
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level),
- Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems and improve processes,
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation,
- Ability to work in a team and effectively cooperate with different departments.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- you know the "Scientific moulding" methodology,
- you understand automation and have experience in robot programming,
- you have worked in the Automotive or Medical industry.

Salary:
Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h to 25 Eur/h (~3024 Eur – 4200 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
