Process Planning & Control: Planning, supervising, and continuously optimizing technological processes during commissioning and ramp-up phases
System Integration: Technical support during the commissioning of complex process plants and process engineering systems, considering material and thermal process parameters
Commissioning Support: Execution, coordination, and evaluation of dry and wet commissioning activities to ensure process stability
Process Analysis: Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and minimize process deviations
Functional Testing: Performing and supervising functional tests of process equipment and supporting subsystem acceptance activities
Instrumentation: Supporting the inspection, calibration, and commissioning of process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, and level)
Quality Acceptance: Participation in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and execution of detailed functional tests for process systems
Batch & Recipe Management: Supporting the integration, optimization, and validation of batch processes and recipe management systems
Troubleshooting: Systematic analysis of process deviations and implementation of corrective actions for continuous process improvement
Interface Management: Close cooperation with automation, engineering, production, and qualification teams to ensure smooth technology transfer
Compliance & Validation: Supporting IQ/OQ activities and validation processes within regulated GMP environments
Documentation: Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs, test protocols, and technological reports
Requirements
Qualification: Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma) or solid technical training in Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
Professional Experience: Experience in process or production technology, ideally within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or biotechnology industries
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technological production processes and process engineering principles
Methodology: Confident handling of P&IDs and experience with process and plant documentation
Automation Knowledge: Basic understanding of process control systems (DCS/PLC) and automation solutions is an advantage
Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in GMP-regulated environments is preferred
Working Style: Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Languages & Mobility: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, willingness to travel internationally, and strong team-working abilities
Russian language skills are considered an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or biotechnology industries
Knowledge of batch processes and clean utilities
Experience with SAT, FAT, IQ/OQ, and validation processes
Basic knowledge of automation and process control systems (PLC/DCS)
