We are currently looking for a new team member in the Process Automation department. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the robotics program and implementing innovative process automation solutions, contributing to strategic changes in the Group and working with a team that already has >130 operational robots. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

  • Developing and supporting the robotics ("RPA") program;
  • Assessing and prioritizing robotized tasks;
  • Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and create the greatest benefit;
  • Aligning priorities with stakeholders and making decisions in non-standard situations;
  • Collaborating with process owners and other employees to find the best solutions;
  • Searching and implementing new process automation technologies;
  • Organizing training and promoting the dissemination of RPA competencies in the organization;
  • Ensuring an operating model that meets IT performance and security standards;
  • Maintaining the IT infrastructure necessary for robotization;
  • Ensuring the quality of robotized solutions and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Important for this position:

  • Higher university education (preferably in IT, mathematics or management sciences);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in process automation or IT management;
  • Practical experience in developing robots using software (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.);
  • English language skills;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to set priorities;
  • Openness to innovation and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 4,260 to EUR 6,380 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
