About the project:
Site.pro (formerly B1.lt), the leader in cloud accounting software, is expanding and looking for a new team member!
Nature of work:
- Analyze call center processes and identify automation opportunities
- Coordinate call center automation projects from need clarification to solution implementation;
- Ensure smooth communication between programmers and other project participants
- Monitor the results of implemented automations and initiate their improvement
- Actively contribute to the optimization of company processes and the search for new automation solutions
Employee requirements:
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting or business management systems
- Experience using AI tools, ability to apply them to process automation, optimization of daily tasks.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of process automation technologies
- Ability to quickly solve problems and manage large information flows
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
